Da Siat Hydropower Plant is built on the main stream of Da Siat stream, a branch of the left bank of Dong Nai river, Da Siat estuary in the downstream of Dong Nai 3 & 4 hydropower projects and upstream of Dong Nai 5 hydropower projects. , the project site is in village 3, Loc Bao town, Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province, 70km from Bao Loc town by road.
DaSiat Hydropower Plant was started construction in June 2005 with an installed capacity of 13.5MW with 2 units (2x6.75MW) Power output is about 60 million kWh/year. The power plant sells electricity through a 22kV 2-circuit line 22km long, connected to the 22kV busbar at the 110/22KV station in Dak Nong.
